After 11 years in brand marketing, I led strategic initiatives and cross-functional teams as a regional head, driving go-to-market success for hundreds of brands globally. Then, I chose to slow down — and breathe differently.I first practiced yoga in university and completed my RYT200 yoga teacher training in 2021. Over time, yoga brought me back to balance — reconnecting me with nature, from beaches and grassy fields to parks and harbours.Now I build Field Flo Community in Hong Kong × Taiwan — connecting people through outdoor yoga, and holding community events like Yoga Run and charity yoga gatherings with hundreds of people.Hoping more of us can feel that simple happiness and peace within. 🌞

I share outdoor yoga guides and inspiration on Instagram — exploring beaches, parks, harbours, or simply open grassy fields.What I love most about outdoor yoga is the feeling of lying on the grass or sand — fully relaxed and immersed in nature. Listening to the sounds around me brings a deep sense of contentment, and it’s also the best place to try more challenging poses — after all, falling on grass or sand is always soft (though safety first!). 🌿I also host outdoor yoga sessions in Taiwan and Hong Kong from time to time — follow my IG to join.
